Installment का फायदा
11 आपका + 1 हमारा यानी दोहरे का फायदा
It is up to the customer to choose the installment amount.
Each installment should be of an equal amount as chosen by the customer.
The Customer has to pay 11 equal installments each month for 11 months.
The Rate of Gold and weight will be fixed every month on the day of payment of installment.
On completion of 11 installments, the 12th installment of an equal amount will be paid by KAM after one month.
Customers will then become eligible to buy Gold Jewellery from KAM.
Customers under this scheme will not be eligible for any further discounts or Schemes.
In case the Customer fails/want to discontinue the scheme, all deposited amounts will be returned by A/C Payee Cheque without any interest or any kind of benefits.
All disputes are Subject to District Count, Varanasi only.
यह ग्राहक को तय करना है कि वह कितने धनराशि की किस्त हर माह देना चाहता है।
सभी किस्त एक ही धनराशि की होनी चाहिए।
ग्राहक को सभी किस्त बराबर धनराशि की 11 माह तक देना होगा।।
सोने की भाव व वजन हर माह भुगतान की तारिख को तय होगा।
ग्यारह माह की किस्त ग्राहक को देने के उपरान्त बारहवीं किस्त कन्हैया अलंकार मन्दिर के द्वारा एक माह पश्चात देय होगी।
इसके पश्चात ग्राहक सोने के जेवर की खरीददारी कन्हैया अलंकार मन्दिर से कर सकेगा।
ग्राहक किसी अन्य स्कीम / ऑफर जो कि कन्हैया अलंकार मन्दिर द्वारा चलाया जा रहा होगा उसका भागीदार नही होगा, ग्राहक को केवल अपनी किस्त स्कीम का लाभ मिलेगा।
यदि ग्राहक किसी कारणवश अपनी किस्त स्कीम को छोड़ना चाहता है तो उसको अपनी जमा धनराशि बिना ब्याज व अन्य किसी लाभ के A/C Payee cheque / चैक द्वारा ही देय होगा।
समस्त विवाद केवल जिला न्यायालय, वाराणसी में
मान्य होगा।
